Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a ground-breaking therapy based on hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming and cognitive behavioural therapy. Unlike other traditional therapies which focus on treating the symptoms, RTT gets to the root cause of the problems that are holding you back in life - giving you the understanding and power to set yourself free and live a healthier, happier life.
We do this by accessing the subconscious mind in hypnosis and going back to where the issue arose, challenging the thoughts and beliefs and reframing them, and coding in new, empowering suggestions which will help to rewire your brain to work with you, instead of against you.
These changes are then ‘sealed in’ with a personalised audio recording which you listen to for 21 days following the session - and then, any time you feel you may need it.
While we may be consciously aware of the problems, triggers, negative thought patterns, actions and bad habits we have formed over the years - often we don’t truly understand what’s running them ‘behind the scenes’ - which is why hypnosis is helpful.
In hypnosis, we speak directly to the subconscious mind and guide you back to when, where and why these unhelpful issues and habits arose - giving you the understanding and power to challenge and change, by replacing them with more positive habits of thought and action – helping you to change your life.
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation where we can bypass the conscious mind and tune in directly to the subconscious. Often people describe it as a deep meditative state, where their body and mind feels super relaxed but they are still aware/awake.
You can never do or say anything that you don't want to in hypnosis. It's also an urban myth that you can 'stay in hypnosis' afterwards. This simply isn't possible as hypnosis is all about the position of your eyes and the sound of my voice guiding you. So if you stop hearing my voice, you will instantly come out of hypnosis.
